Volunteer Commitment Form

Volunteer Commitment Information: (many hands make light work)

In addition to registration fees, Westlock Thunderbirds Football Association will require a volunteer commitment cheque in the amount of $200.

A minimum volunteer credits of "8" in the FALL and "5" in the SPRING Westlock Thunderbirds Football is required or the Association will cash your cheque at the end of the season. This fee is implemented to ensure that all our members and parents volunteer to the best of their ability and to ensure that the same members don’t have to continuously help out at events. If the required minimum of volunteer commitments has been met, the cheque will be returned to you at the end of the season.

Equipment Cheque:

Equipment cheque is $750, please ensure this is provided along with the volunteer cheque to the Treasurer. It is mandatory that this is received prior to equipment being released to be taken home and it will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of athlete's equipment. 

Equipment is not able to be taken home unless a cheque has been provided.

Equipment returns are tentatively booked for Nov 16 & 17. Time TBA. Any unwashed gear will not be accepted and be sent back home for washing. Please ensure that your practice/game pants and jerseys are clean, wipe your pads and helmets down with disinfecting wipes as per the equipment guidelines.
